2022
The objective of the consultancy is to develop proposals and solutions in water management for the improvement of the Subzone of Medio Cesar (SMC). It will be carried out through the formulation of a sanitation plan that incorporates the wastewater to resources approach (ARaR).
The general objective of the consultancy is to improve the performance levels of the drinking water and sanitation services (ESP) in terms of service quality and financial sustainability for five (5) companies. To this end, Water Safety and Drought Management Plans will be implemented, taking as a reference the obligations that must be fulfilled within the framework of current regulations, in particular Law 142/94.
The objective of the consultancy is to improve the water resources of the Ypacaraí Lake basin and its surroundings through the implementation of a circular economy of water and specifically in wastewater through the recovery of resources as a product of the treatment of these waters, promoting the concept of wastewater to resources (ARaR). To this end, the Circular Economy Action Plan for Lake Ypacaraí will be developed, which will identify, measure and prioritize investments in water infrastructure, management and governance measures.

Desarrollo del Plan de Manejo Integrado de la Cuenca del Río Yuna (PMICRY), con el fin de promover la gestión sostenible del recurso agua en sus múltiples usos a través de la identificación y priorización de inversiones en infraestructura, medidas de gestión y gobernanza.
2018
El objetivo del estudio es determinar la inversión y las necesidades institucionales requeridas para la construcción y / o rehabilitación de Sistemas de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales Urbanas (STAR) en los municipios de la Cuenca Alta del Río Cauca. Para lograr este objetivo, se calcularán las inversiones requeridas, considerando posibles esquemas institucionales y de financiamiento para los proyectos necesarios para el diseño (incluyendo Asociaciones Público-Privadas, PPP), construcción y / o expansión de las STAR de los mencionados Municipios, así como los costos de operación y mantenimiento de estas infraestructuras, teniendo en cuenta su estado actual y la información existente.
