We advise governments in the development of the necessary institutions to implement sectoral policies.
Our support includes establishing relationships with similar or related institutions in other countries and regions, in order to share their experience, knowledge, methods and tools and promote collaboration in national and international projects. Our contribution includes organizational development, definition of processes, development of human resources, training, preparation of budgets, support in their presentation and obtaining financial resources, both public and private. Likewise, we are involved in the start-up and consolidation of institutions, advising on the configuration of teams and the development of work programs.
